미국 동부 36 : Make a few laps in Central Park

| 2012. 8. 12. 11:06

Caution :

This post contains literally nothing other than some crappy pictures and shitty sentiment of mine.
That's why I'm writing it in English ㅡ because I'm not going to write anything meaningful here.
So just listen to this song called 'Central Park' by Mr. Hudson.
When it finally makes you calm down, start reading.
Thank you in advance.

So, after visiting Guggenheim, we just headed to Central Park.
I knew I had been there like 2 months ago, but I had no choice 'cause I got nothing to do.
At the entrance ㅡ I know there are lots of entrances at Central Park ㅡ there was writings on the wall, saying that this mayor did a lot in saving New York or the great country called America or so.
Ignoring that, I went up to the park.
Though the sun was burning, which made my eyes even smaller, I think it was the most beautiful scene I've ever seen in America.

I really liked the line that the shining sky and tall buildings were making.

I really don't know what I wanted to take a picture of.

Having this kind of a big park in a bigger city should mean a tremendous thing to people living in that city.
I felt the same thing when I visited Munich, where Englisher Garten(in English, English Garden), very similar to Central Park but larger, is located.
I know there are some inevitable expenses, but I strongly feel that Seoul has to have this kind of a park inside of itself.
Big cities like Seoul need this, need this nature and all the surrounding effects it will bring to themselves.

Still, no idea of what my intention was.

Because we didn't live in New York and are typical Asain male tourists, I and my friendo took some photos first.

This one even lost its focus if you look at it closely.

And I found out we were not alone.

It's not that those girls were pretty or attractive in any ways.

I wanted to take photos of my friend.

For his privacy.

Before we started "making a few laps in Central Park", "I" decided to eat the sandwich that I had been carrying since we left that sandwich shop.

I miss this place seriously.

There was no chair along the lake so we had to go down to the ground again.

And we started walking.
We got nothing interesting to talk, so we kept our mouth shut mostly while walking.
But actually we didn't need talk because Central Park had everything.
Ambitious learners ㅡ I saw some going to die!, greedy squirrels, some happily drunken oldies, some hot chicks, healthy sky, warm breeze and everything.

We had plenty of time.
There was no need to hurry.

At that time I somehow promised myself to walk habitually when I go back to Korea.
Surely, that never happened.

THAT is all because of T-Ara.

So we finally made it to the other side.
Because the friend who was supposed to call us didn't call us by then, we just kept walking into New York City.

Finally we got a call from him.
He said he was(?) waiting for us in K-Town, with 3 girls.
That was somewhat ridiculous because there was no plan for us, I mean me and my friend only, to meet any "girls" in New York.
Though we didn't hate that idea, at least he should've let us know the plan at least like 1 hour before that.
But you know, there was no choice but get a subway and go to K-Town as soon as possible.

DINOSAUR!

Unfortunately, no interesting things happened.
I am going to explain the situation as simply as possible in the following post.
In Korean, definitely.
